Nice Job during College

Current Employee - Research Assistant in Ann Arbor, MI
Current Employee - Research Assistant in Ann Arbor, MI

I have been working at University of Michigan part-time (more than an year)

Pros

Great people to work with. Learned lots, but this would greatly depend on the Professor. Lots of social events to get to know co-workers. Research was interesting and was given a lot of responsibility.

Cons

Lab could be more clean and other undergraduates like myself should have been more organized.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Organization could use work.
