    I have been working at University of Minnesota full-time for more than 10 years


    Pros: College at a discount, great PTO (if you are allowed to use it), and great community offerings for lectures, movies, art, entertainment. Well above… Cons: Pay is well below industry. College reimbursement was cut, making classes unaffordable on comparatively low income. Often siloized work environments with little chance… Advice to Senior Management: Revisit HR decisions of the last 10-15 years: definitely on the downswing.
