Current Employee – been working at University of Minnesota part-time for more than a year

Pros – If you like academia I would suggest this to those pursing a graduate degree. You are able to learn as well as teach and guide students through review sessions.

Cons – You never know if you are going to have the same job the following semester and the uncertainty makes it difficult to budget.

Advice to Senior Management – Sign year long contracts for your employees.
