Many different opportunities, but limited structure and feedback makes it hard to grow.

ProsYou can bring your pets to work at the College of Veterinary Medicine.
Everyone is very friendly and willing to help.
There is lots of training available.

ConsIt was very difficult to get feedback on performance.
There was little accountability at any level.

Advice to Senior ManagementIntroduce structure and feedback. There is tons of good research being done on this across the university.
