“The atmosphere is great and the employees make the job fun.”
Current Employee – been working at University of Minnesota part-time for less than a year
Pros – Very flexible and you are really able to grow in the position.
Cons – Very limited amount of work so if you are not good with keeping busy it can get boring
Advice to Senior Management – Delegate tasks more to the student worker and make the job more interesting.
