    Pros

I gained experience in evaluating student work. It helped me understand how to assess submissions, how to provide helpful feedback, and how to improve my own assignments.

    Cons

We were expected to work 3 hrs/week, but grading took much longer. Due to time constraints, it was sometimes difficult to to effectively communicate with the professors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Re-evaluate how much time your employees are working.
