Pros

CSE department at UNL provides excellent opportunities for undergrads to work as teaching assistants as well as research assistants, which help students tremendously with their future career.

Cons

Graduate students' lab rooms are crowded. Many lab rooms don't even have a window.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Department should encourage more graduate students to gain internship experience during each summer.

    Good colleagues. Good working environment. Enjoy doing system programming.

    Cons

    Although the salary is lower than working in top IT companies, the working environment is so nice and I like to stay in Midwest because I love the plain terrain here.

    I really like my supervisor and he is the best.
