I have been working at University of Nebraska–Lincoln full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Gives employees the opportunity to think outside the box and to use their skills to add value to the company. Opportunity to advance

Cons

Working remotely is scarce and flexing hours is scarce. Working 8 to 5 is the norm and is something that needs to work on.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should work on allowing certain positions that can work remotely and flex their hours to do so.
