This was a great experience and I learned a lot.

Research Intern (Current Employee) Lincoln, NE

ProsWorking here as an intern was very challenging and provided me with a great opportunity to learn about the inner-workings of non-profit organizations. The people are great and they work very hard to keep the laid back culture that helps people thrive here. People are generally always happy and always approachable with any questions or comments. As an intern, I was even approached by upper management about comments and concerns with the current way of operation.

ConsWhile it was challenging for the first year, it became monotonous after a while.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to work hard to not let the culture morph into the cold corporate feel that other employers suffer from.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
