- Great Benefits
- Good places to eat for lunch located on Campus

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Check what is going on in each department. Pay attention to issues that are going on in all depts and employees who have concerns. UNLV had great employees working there but were being mistreated. Now they have workers who dont care about the work or students.

Former Employee - Tutor in Las Vegas, NV

I worked at University of Nevada Las Vegas

    Pros

Young, talented people looking to improve themselves academically. Great benefits for workers. Bosses are straightforward and very performance oriented. College atmosphere.

    Cons

A bit too much backbiting and gossiping goes on in the workplace for my taste. Work pace is varied depending on how many students come in and can thus be very slow and monotonous.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leadership was very professional and communicated clearly what was expected. Feedback was given promptly and regularly to help tutors succeed.
