Pros

It's big enough so it isn't boring, parking is usually easy to find somewhere, the weather is great and the campus is compact.

Cons

Way too many hoops to jump through to do something simple, have to go through numerous departments for simple tasks and to get simple questions answered.

Advice to Management

Let departments be more independent! Many man hours are lost because of redundant tasks.

    Pros

    - Pays for school if you want to take classe or finish up degree
    - Great Benefits
    - Good places to eat for lunch located on Campus
    - Discount for employees at AT&T

    Cons

    - Employees who work less move up get treated better
    - Employees who work hard, get treated horrible.

    Advice to Management

Check what is going on in each department. Pay attention to issues that are going on in all depts and employees who have concerns. UNLV had great employees working there but were being mistreated. Now they have workers who dont care about the work or students.
