Not bad, but confusing...

Administrative Assistant (Current Employee)
Las Vegas, NV

I have been working at University of Nevada Las Vegas full-time for more than 3 years

ProsIt's big enough so it isn't boring, parking is usually easy to find somewhere, the weather is great and the campus is compact.

ConsWay too many hoops to jump through to do something simple, have to go through numerous departments for simple tasks and to get simple questions answered.

Advice to Senior ManagementLet departments be more independent! Many man hours are lost because of redundant tasks.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
