Good work/life balance

Research Assistant (Current Employee)
Albuquerque, NM

I have been working at University of New Mexico part-time for more than 3 years

ProsSmart colleagues, good management, people are friendly. For faculty and staff, UNM provides quite stable positions and lives are easy and relaxed.

ConsHard to get funding due to the name and rank of the university, very few attractive projects, difficult to get high rank publication for both financial and reputation issues.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
