I have been working at University of Newcastle (UK) full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

I love working here. It's right in the City Centre so it's easy to get to by bus, metro or train. The holidays are generous with a closure period over Christmas and New Year. The family friendly leave is also good and I feel I have a good work life balance. Everyone is really friendly.

Cons

Car parking isn't great in the City Centre
