I have been working at University of North Carolina

    Pros

Both the IM Director and Coordinator show immense respect to employees and bestow appropriate trust. The environment is extremely friendly and relaxed. That being said, improvement is expected.

    Cons

When working in the Intramural department, employees will constantly deal with difficult and irate student participants.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been incredibly pleased with my experience here at UNC Campus Recreation. UNC needs to do whatever is necessary to retain the IM Director and Coordinator.
