I worked at University of Northern Iowa part-time (more than an year)

Pros

My work at UNI gave me lots of hands-on experience for the career I was gaining education to acquire. I worked in two separate departments there, but I got the same great attention and guidance overall.

Cons

Funds were supplied by the Work Study program for the second job, so I had to work a minimum amount of hours per week.

I have been working at University of Northern Iowa

    Pros

Almost all of the jobs have a very flexible schedule, allowing you to work when your schedule permits. Nearly all jobs pay above minimum wage, with some paying up to $12 an hour.

    Cons

Sometimes there are very slow days, depending on the job you work. Also, the job can get boring at times.
