    Pros

This university is a new university in England with very beautiful campus and very advanced equipment. Newcastle is a really nice city for students to study and live.

    Cons

The ranking of this university is not very high due to it is a new university. Therefore, the research funding maybe not very much compared to some old good universities.

    Advice to Management

To hire more young researchers who are full of passion to do the research and teaching. It must be useful for the university to get a better ranking.

    Pros

Amazing culture and experience with cross-cultural and multidisciplines employees and employers at one of UK's top universities.

    Cons

Cold British weather of Newcastle upon Tyne where the University is located and long day hours that can ruin your sleep. Other than that, the University buildings are a bit old and can have many maintenance issues.
