  1. The University provided a supportive work environment, particularly as a concurrent graduate student.

    Pros

Great benefits and work/life balance for employees with families.

    Cons

Less interaction across departments than I would prefer in the day to day experience. However, there are weekly social events sponsored by the University that attempt to bridge this divide.

    Advice to Management

Work to reduce the average class size for undergraduates.

  2. It is a good place for research.

    Pros

People here are friendly and helpful. The culture is quite open and free. Work life balance is quite good. So it's a good place to go for graduate school.

    Cons

Focusing more on social science, so not too good for natural science and technology people. Not many choices for engineering people.
