I have been working at University of Oregon part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Free tuition, ok benefits, flexible work load. Good learning experience. Also GTF's receive a fee waiver. There needs to be more training of additional skills.

    Cons

The pay could be better, increasingly replacing adjuncts, unknown schedule, work varies widely. Difficult getting stability, job and responsibilities change yearly.
