I worked at University of Pennsylvania full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Fun environment, but fast paced. It was challenging but the people there will work with you if you have problems.

    Cons

Personally, it was a long drive to get to work. Some areas were very hot and did not have air conditioning. Other than that it was great!
