    Pros

    - Some nice people.
    - Generous paid time off.
    - Good tuition benefits for your children.
    - Good healthcare plans (although employee contribution requirements are too high).

    Cons

    - Salaries low unless in upper management.
    - Parking expensive and convenient lots have no vacancies.
    - Location is awful (West Philly) and driving in and out is a nightmare.
    - Many unqualified people in positions they shouldn't be in.
    - The "Peter Principle" runs rampant.
    - Tuition benefits for staff limited to Penn education.
    - Life insurance policy is poor compared to other higher ed institutions.
    - Too big and decentralized creates numerous issues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Increase salaries for positions below upper management.
    - More opportunity for advancement based on performance, not years at Penn.
    - Stop hiring unqualified folks (likely due to low pay).
