I have been working at University of Pennsylvania part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

No need to meet difficult or high-pressure sales quotas. Flexible schedule (provided the clients' schedules are flexible as well). Free membership to a very good fitness facility.

    Cons

Work and income is dependent on client availability. Students have a poor long-term retention rate as clients due to graduations/transfers. No benefits offered as a part-time employee, and full-time positions do not exist for personal trainers.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
