    Great benefits. Nice community. Lots of opportunities for career advancement. Salary increases as your advance in your career.

    Cons

    Low salary, since it is non profit, academic research, government grant funding. A lot of responsibilities for low wages.

    Stimulating environment, knowledgeable people, try to improve experience of patients and medical students (i work in Medical school), top-of-the-line expertise, fosters collaboration

    Cons

    Older colleagues may be stuck on certain ways, relatively slow to adapt to new ideas, bureaucracy like in most big institutions

    be more flexible, get feedback from people under you and REALLY use it (not just to fill the paper)
