I have been working at University of Phoenix

Pros

It is enjoyable to interact with adult learners from all over the world.
The money is good for the time spent on teaching.
I've learned a lot about adult learning and my own courses as I've taught.

Cons

Inconsistent requirements during faculty reviews.
Needs more benefits for top performing faculty.
Offers for courses can run dry for long periods at a time.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should work harder to weed out bad instructors and keep good instructors happy with higher pay and more class offers.
