I have been working at University of Phoenix full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Undergraduate students can get full tuition assistance, Graduate degree students can get up to 5,250 per year.

Cons

Poor management and no growth.

Pay attention to employees and make actual growth goals to work towards rather than playing games and thinking of elementary games to create excitement and growth.
