    Pros

100% tuition reimbursement and good benefits. The ability to assist new students with enrollment is very rewarding.

    Cons

The numerous layoffs within the past 3 years. The constant change in focus between enrollment and retention.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have a clear vision to compete with other schools. Better opportunities for top performers would be a great addition and help reduce the amount of burnout on the floor.
