Conschallenges are some what trivial, no actual development in entry level positions, limited opportunity for growth, employees can typically only apply for in line advancement once a year

    Pros: Flexible hours, Pay is no longer performance-driven, Opportunity to help… Cons: Depressing culture due to mass lay-offs, People come in each day wondering if they'll get the hatchet next, Mgmt lead by fear… Advice to Senior Management: Understand that the failed economy had a great deal to do with the decline in enrollments. Now truth be told - there were EA's who… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
