I have been working at University of Phoenix full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Student-focused, helping others reach their dreams, decent pay, good benefits

    Cons

Feels like you're working on a sinking ship - too much competition and government regulations working against them now. Company is struggling to figure out how to operate in the new environment, putting a ton of pressure on managers to deal with their (understandably) frustrated employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give up and start over. It is unrealistic to expect the same results as before - you can no longer offer motivated individuals the same incentives, so you cannot expect the same quality of employee.

I have been working at University of Phoenix full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great education experience and included in your benefits
Good Health care benefits and dental
Knowledgeable training experience and that can be used for your future career

    Cons

    Low pay and no advancements

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Develop a compensation plan that takes care of employees who produce the company profits. Bottom line the company is still a for profit institute.
