I worked at University of Phoenix full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

I was not micromanaged so much. As long as I did my job, I was able to take lunch when I wanted, or my breaks when I wanted.
Our team had frequent meetings for updates, and a few for some team builders as well.

Cons

Our department moved a lot, In the 3.5 yrs I was there, we moved to 3 different buildings, and in the last one, we had to move to different cubicles 4 times!

    Pros

Good place to start out of college

    Cons

I witnessed many unethical practices during my tenure at the company. They are a for profit company and that came first before educating students. Many people were enrolled that should not have been just so enrollment aka sales can hit their numbers.
