    Pros

    The the pay is good and enjoyed everyone on my team. Good benefits and flexible work hours.

    Cons

    Training could be better. Constantly changing which is good but you never know if tomorrow will be your last day.

    I have been working at University of Phoenix full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Relatively free education for associates through Master's (tuition paid for up to 5,250 a year), two weeks paid vacation, company stock match up to 4 percent.

    Cons

    Negative PR on value of degree, mass layoffs, high pressure sales from many managers lately due to low enrollment. No opportunities for advancement at all. Poor promotion organization.

    Advice to Management

    Fix your promotion and employee recognition organization.
