ProsGreat benefits (insurance, holidays, vacation)

ConsUnstable, (now), many lay-offs happening
Executive Leadership doesn't utilize staff in decision-making (many are new to the industry)

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to your employees! They are passionate about what they do and care about their students

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
