Pros

Good work environment. They do take a lot of time to train to employees. Pay is not bad and it is a good place to start.

Cons

Not a lot of room to grow

    Pros

Great work life balance, understand employees needs.
    Great education

    Cons

    Price
Always changing vision of company, and don't forward think the roll out of the changes

    Advice to Management

Face to Face interaction with corporate partners is still the best way to reach solid students

    Pros

The people that I worked with were really great and made it a joy to be a part of. There was no real downside.

    Cons

Executive management did not address changes in legislation correctly. Communication from top down wasn't very transparent. The local campus did the best they could, but overcoming changes in the business model wasn't in the cards.
