    Pros

Flexible scheduling and pre-set curriculum but with ability to modify for your specific classroom needs

    Cons

The pay for adjunct online instructors is not competitive enough for the work that has to be put in by instructors to grade papers and interact with students

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great co-workers, managers were ussually pretty good, and directors were typically pretty clueless as to what the work day actually looked like for an average employee.

    Cons

Directors often developed policies for the sake shaking things up, rather than based on sound judgement so they could point to inititives they stated, regarless of thier effectiveness in my opinon.

    Advice to Management

Stop trying to reinvent the wheel. The days of double-digit growth are behind you and you'll never see it again. Focus on the core things and the rest will follow
