I worked at University of Pittsburgh full-time for more than a year

    Pros

It's an awesome environment to work in and the people there are generally very nice. Of course the health insurance is great as well.

    Cons

The pay is terrible across the entire campus. Some of the managers are morons and you will see them spend money on the most ridiculous things while you struggle to pay bills. Avoid working here at all costs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Want good employees to stay longer than a few months? Pay more than the local Wal-Mart.
