    Pros

    Great Benefits, good learning experience. wide exposure new idea and technologies. The quality of working there really depends on what department you are in and who your manager is.

    Cons

    U of Pitt can be either a great or bad place to work depending on what part of the Univeristy you work in... Pay and raise are so, so. There is a large amount of favoritism going on in the place.
