The Doctors are top knotch, the buildings are also very nice.

Cons

movement to better positions, Nurses treat you like you are one of thier children, not like a qualified person in the medical field

    The health benefits are good.

    The people that are narcs seem to get ahead. HR seems to be on Managements side instead of being impartial.

    Pros

    Many departments you can transfer to.

    Cons

    Can be hard to transfer because of union and non union jobs.
    Pay can be a lot better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make the entire hospital union that way everone can get raises without other people feel like that they are appreciated vs someone who gets a raise and is doing the same type of work.
