I worked at University of Rochester full-time

    Pros

Great people, Great environment. Very Beautiful campus.

    Cons

A little cold, but what can you say...it's Western NY. Also, it's not located in the best area of the city, but I never felt like my person or property was in any real danger. Overall a solid location which could be slightly closer to the perks of Rochester.

    Advice to Management

Don't give Tenured faculty more power than they should be granted. With that being said, they should receive more academic freedom. It is after all they, who teach and do the research.
