I worked at University of San Francisco full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Being in the city, it is nice to have access to local resources. If you take the bus, and don't have to deal with parking, it's pretty convenient.

    Cons

A culture of mediocrity, this institution of higher education has staff in senior positions most places would not hire as receptionists. Many have been promoted to management from receptionists and administrative assistants simply because they have been there so long. These managers have no leadership skills (some do not even have skills using a computer or basic software).

I worked at University of San Francisco part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Worked with a great team and everyone was very supportive and friendly. Awesome work life balance, fits in perfectly with a students schedule

    Cons

Work becomes routine quickly and many of the people you are calling aren't interested in hearing from the school and/or donating. The calling software is in bad need of a overhall, i.e. issues with credit card payments, freezing up, ect.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't waste millions of dollars on half baked ad campaigns and put more aside for student aid.
