Former Employee - Assistant Professor in San Francisco, CA

I worked at University of San Francisco full-time for more than a year

Pros

Really nice coworkers and talented staff. President Privett is truly a great person as well as an inspiring and thoughtful orator. Nice campus and good infrastructure.

Cons

A bit too much money spent on posh events and campus beautification at the expense of the students. A better implementation and support for professors in breaches of academic honesty. Some students seemed a bit entitled or unmotivated, with an attitude of "just get through this".

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do not compromise on academic honesty issues, even if it will hurt the graduation rate slightly.
