Good choice for students looking for a flexible job.

Campus Tour Student Leader (Former Employee) Mobile, AL

ProsGood flexibility and work-life balance. Very diverse group of co-workers. Progressively growing campus.

ConsCompensation for students typically only ranges from minimum wage ($7.50) to $8.00 an hour. Opportunities for advancement were political and good workers typically go unnoticed. Weak communication exists between workers.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet to know your employees, even the student workers. Listen to them and have a genuine interest in what they have to say. Acknowledge and respect workers, even if they are "under you."

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Excellent close knit staff with many of them… Cons: Too narrowly written job descriptions set forth by trying to meet grant/budget requirements only work to exclude… Advice to Senior Management: Celebrate the nurses more.
