Overall a great experience with many opportunities to advance.

ProsLarge University within a great city. Many opportunities to advance in particular careers. Employers are considerate and family friendly. State positions offer myriad training opportunities and pay for school credits so that you may advance in your career.

ConsIf you get stuck in an OPS position it can take years to advance to a state position. Best choice is to find another position within the University in order to advance.

Pros: Ever changing environment with a lot of mental stimulation. Good opportunity… Cons: There is a continal decrease in resources, making raises and promotions more challenging; sometimes management positions lack effective people… Advice to Senior Management: Hold employees accountable for their outcomes and if they don't produce, address it. If employees are producing and are continually reliable they need to… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
