I have been working at University of Southern California

    Pros

Good hours and holidays. Interaction with students. Coworkers are extremely professional yet fun to work with. The campus is gorgeous and Los Angeles is an amazing place to work in.

    Cons

The area around the campus is not as safe as one would hope. There are not many downsides of working at USC.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The leaders at University of Southern California are kind, but some are extremely arrogant because many of them were born with a golden spoon in their mouth. Majority of them are excellent professionals.
