Positive experience with lots of opportunities to build my own skill set through free units, workshops, events, etc.

ProsWorking at a university gives you access to an array of educational (obviously) tools and events that help one strengthen one's skill set and widen one's network easily. Exciting events and things to do at all times ... life as if one is a student, only now you're getting paid!

ConsHaving to negotiate between different Schools -- different internal systems, bureaucracy, dissolving departments, faculty/co-workers coming and going.

Advice to Senior ManagementLearn about who'd been there before you from those who have seen changes and can advise you on what may be next, who you should know, why you don't want to create fissures

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
