Pros

USC is one of the best private institutions where you can still obtain great benefits, and grow in your education.

Cons

Any type of change/s are slow in getting off the grown and USC is prone to nepotism.

    Pros

    Well educated people to work with
    great amenities
    very competitive salary
    overall i had a great experience working there

    Cons

    in downtown LA which is a hassle to get to in traffic. there are alot of student to deal with and not all of them are pleasant.

    Managers are all really personable to their employees, but managers are not so friendly with each other. That could improve.
