-Large network of alumni that are willing to reach out and help in various aspects
-Valuable learning experience
-Endless choices for fields of study
-Challenging
-Substantial amount of academic assistance (tutors, learning specialists, etc.)

Cons

-Sometimes the workloads can be overwhelming
-Large demand for courses, which can result in having to take alternative courses or a lighter workload

    I have been working at University of Southern California full-time

    Pros

    401k is good. Salary is fair. Campus is great.

    Cons

    Jobs are all VERY stressful. Management is terrified of the the ESD division VP.....as are we all. The environment in other divisions might be better
