not so great, no one gets along

Los Angeles, CA

Current Employee – been working at University of Southern California full-time for more than 10 years

Prosstability with benefits. nice building, free air conditioning. I can't think of many Pros. But you don't have to worry that your paycheck will bounce. I had that fear before. There are ample paid holidays. They pay for a complete week off at the end of the year.

Conslow pay makes it hard to live in area, little room for advancement, forced to pay $100/month for parking, little or no recognition for hard work, politics on steroids, management incompetent. The difference between exempt and non-exempt employees is reminiscent of medieval Royalty and serfs.

Advice to Senior Managementtake advice, ask for advice. appreciate your employees. Buy them a burger once a semester for god's sake, anything. Give parking relief to low paid employees.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
