Liberal environment Stable funding Good computing environment (its HPC is great!) Management is human centered

Cons

The research group is not very big, so it is not easy to find co-worker who has similar interests.

    Very nice campus, most staff very friendly to work with.

    Commute to Downtown LA. Some departments difficult to work with.

    Not much room to move up. Could have better incentive opportunities.

    Offer a variety of bonuses or incentives for the best employees. Other than that keep up the good work.
