    Pros

It is exciting to work for an organization that is growing and investing in infrastructure and research becoming a world-class and world-reknown university.

    Cons

The IT infrastructure is a work in progress.

    Advice to Management

I have heard it said that the university would be a better place if it used what is taught in the School of Business and communicated more value in its human capital.
