    Pros

    The benefits, especially if you have health insurance through a spouse
    The retirement plan

    Cons

    The pay, they pay less than the other research labs in the area
    The attitudes of the management, they don't care about the workers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Learn to listen to all of the people and don't make them afraid to say anything. Also, be very clear on what is going on and don't assume that everyone knows everything.
