I worked at University of Southern California full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Continuous stream of interesting events, activities and people to engage with while contributing to meaningful projects and goals.

    Cons

Massive bureaucracy that responds slowly to innovation at large.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The Annenberg School in particular is highly political and it was easy to step on egos without realizing it and then be marginalized as a result.

I have been working at University of Southern California

    Pros

The staff is awesome! I really enjoy working at the Marshall Admissions Office as a student intern. Everyone is very supportive and open to helping you out.

    Cons

There's not really a downside except for the high bureaucracy. It's hard to have much autonomy because there are set ways of doing things.
