Pros

Coworkers are nice, friendly, and interesting. It's fun to help fellow students and to get to know professors better. Loved the freedom of designing review sessions the way I would have liked them to be taught.

Cons

I went for many weeks without a paycheck because management was being restructured. I got paid eventually but not without a lot of work on my part.

Advice to Management

Make a standardized job description for undergraduate teaching assistants.

    Pros

Collegial environment, strong benefits, passionate Trojan family. If you love working with college students this is a great place to be.

    Cons

Pay is not great, location less than desirable. Certain schools' focus is on increasing endowment over educating students.
